This Refund Policy outlines how HiQSense Smart Systems LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”), doing business as Saski AI, handles refund requests for subscriptions and services provided through the Saski AI platform.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No payment is required to start the trial, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscription charges are billed in advance via Stripe.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods, unless stated otherwise below.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard to avoid future charges.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You experienced a platform-wide outage lasting more than 5 consecutive days.
  • You were mistakenly charged due to a billing error.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email customer.care@saskiai.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the eligibility conditions or where misuse of the platform is evident.
