Can calls be forwarded to a human agent if needed?

Not yet. At this time, Saski AI does not support live call forwarding to a human agent. All calls are handled entirely by the AI assistant.

However, this is a feature we're actively exploring for future development. In the meantime, the assistant can still capture detailed caller information, summarize the issue, and notify your team through integrated tools like HubSpot ticketing or chat history in the platform.
