Can I customize how the assistant behaves during a phone call?

Yes. The assistant’s behavior is consistent across all channels — including voice — and is fully customizable.

When you create an assistant, Saski AI provides ready-to-use templates designed for different use cases (like customer support ,sales , lead capture etc.. ). These templates define how the assistant greets callers, asks questions, and responds based on what the user says.

You can modify the template during setup, and continue refining it later to match your tone, workflow, and business logic. The same assistant logic applies to voice, chat, SMS, and other channels — so your brand delivers a consistent experience everywhere.
