Do I need to write any code to change how the assistant behaves on voice calls?

No coding is needed. You can customize your assistant’s behaviour and responses through a no-code interface when setting up or editing the assistant. You’ll be able to:
Adjust greetings and fallback responses
Set escalation rules
Decide which tools (like CRM or scheduling) the assistant can use during the call
Choose the voice model (male/female)
All changes apply automatically across all connected channels, including phone.
