If your phone number is already in use with the regular WhatsApp app or the WhatsApp Business mobile app, you must delete the account before it can be registered for the WhatsApp Business API and used with Saski AI.
Here’s how to do that:
For regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app:
Open the app on your phone
Go to Settings
Tap Account
Select Delete my account
Enter your phone number and confirm the deletion
Important: This action is permanent and will erase your chat history and disconnect the number from any previous use. You cannot use the same number in both the mobile app and the API at the same time.
