What are tokens, and how do they affect my subscription?

Tokens represent how much your AI assistant can interact with customers. Every message — whether from the customer or the assistant — uses tokens. The more detailed or lengthy the conversation, the more tokens it consumes.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

A light conversation (e.g., a quick question about a product or order) uses about 10,000 tokens, so 1 million tokens would cover around 100 such conversations.
A heavy conversation (such as in-depth troubleshooting or multiple questions in one session) might use 25,000 to 50,000 tokens, meaning 1 million tokens could support 20 to 40 of these.
Each plan includes a monthly token allowance. When you start getting close to your limit, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a plan that includes more tokens. We don’t sell extra tokens separately — everything is bundled into simple, scalable plans.
