What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you right away and attempt to retry it over the next few days. During this time, your assistant will continue to function without interruption. If payment isn’t completed after several attempts, your account may be paused until it’s resolved. You can update your billing information anytime from your dashboard.
