What happens when I reach my token limit?

If you reach your monthly token limit, your assistant will automatically pause and stop responding to new customer messages until your next billing cycle begins. This ensures your usage stays within your plan.
You’ll receive a notification when you're getting close to your limit, so there are no surprises. If you consistently need more conversations, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We don’t offer token top-ups — instead, each plan is designed to scale with your usage.
